Cable snapped. Door became crooked. Called precision. Came over next morning. Ryan the service tech was pleasant and knowledgeable. He fixed my door in no time. Cost 472.00 for option one . Ryan also replaced 2 rusty brackets and adjusted spring and aligned another component.
